Economic Self Sufficiency Educational Success Engaged Community Physical and Mental Health Safety

Results Teams

Forsyth Futures has five Results Teams, (one for each Result Area) to lead efforts to identify the best approach for addressing issues affecting adults, children and families. The Results Teams consist of Forsyth Futures' Board members, subject matter experts, residents, organizations and institutions who are willing to work together to impact community issues that no one organization can solve alone. These teams of volunteers will work to develop community wide strategic plans, implement specific strategies that will focus on systemic impact, and influence the community’s service systems through:

  • Modeling effective new practices
  • Testing new strategies
  • Partnering to share knowledge and influence in field
  • Developing sector strategies to impact indicators
  • Developing and mobilizing partnerships with residents, elected officials, industries, other funders and programs
