Census shows people concentrating in cities, with widespread population loss in N.C. counties

Forsyth County grew by 4,282 people from 2010 to 2011, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates, reaching a total population of 354,952. The growth rate of 1.2 percent was slightly lower than the state average.   Read More.

Study of N.C. counties links health, affluence
